It's the one and only Deigo Armando Maradona. For those who said Pele, well, at his time, Pele was accompanied with many good players, who all participated in winning the World Cup, but Maradona was able to win the Trophy with a One Man Show. If you have any videos of World Cup 1986 in Mexico, especially those games for Argentina, you'll surely know what I'm talking about!

Some would say it is Beckman. My vote is still with Pele. He was the greatest in his time and nobody has been able to top his stats since. He was amazing to watch.
